Privacy notice

We collect the name, email address, organisation or author information, optional website and budget, and project details you submit. We use them to review and respond to your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing.

For the free website campaign we collect your name, optional business name and phone number, email, business type, website purpose, claim statement and eligibility confirmations. We record email verification, reCAPTCHA validation, your accepted offer terms, consent timestamps and application review history. These records support eligibility review and project follow-up. Marketing consent is optional, separate and can be withdrawn by emailing us.

Verification codes are sent through our configured SMTP provider. We store only keyed code hashes, not raw codes. An essential HTTP-only cookie binds verification to your application session. Google reCAPTCHA loads only when you request the security check; Google processes the associated security information under its privacy policy. Rate-limit identifiers are keyed hashes; unneeded raw IP addresses are not retained.

Expired verification and abuse-control records are scheduled for cleanup after 24 hours. Application records are subject to a 180-day retention review after their last update, unless an ongoing project, a legal obligation or an unresolved request requires longer retention. Our maintenance tools support deletion and authorised export. Contact hello@ignitewebtechnologies.com for access, correction, withdrawal or deletion; backup copies expire under the hosting backup schedule.

Administrator sign-in and campaign verification use essential, HTTP-only session cookies. No optional analytics is loaded until you accept it in the privacy preferences, when configured. You can decline analytics or change your choice from the footer. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager may then process visit information under the site's configured setup.
